Editing
Editing is a necessary art, but it is an art that is often unloved and overlooked. When considering a first draft or even a fifth draft, it is necessary to be ruthless toward the words that once were so beloved. I always approach the final document through the eyes of the reader. Is this clear? Is there a better way to describe this? Are there unnecessary words clouding the overall picture? Below are some sample documents that I wrote but also heavily edited for clarity and length.
